Freight Siding

The project included 1,900m of track slewing and new track construction, relocation of 8 existing turnouts, construction of 2 new turnouts, conversion to dual gauge, installation of 750m of stormwater drainage and 21 pits as well as 1500m of subsurface drainage, service location, protection and relocation, construction of hardstands and production tamping.
